Grethe Moberg Widdowson is an executive search consultant specializing in the fashion and luxury market. Having lived and worked internationally, Grethe has developed a deep and trusted global network. She has over 20 years of experience in the industry, both in-house and in an agency capacity.

Grethe holds a strong track record partnering successfully with talents and businesses globally, specializing in Head office roles (C-level, GM, MD, Design, Branding, Merchandising, Marketing, PR/Comm, Wholesale, PD, Production, etc).

Working with integrity and ambiguity, and always keeping both clients’ and candidates’ interests in mind, Grethe believes in acting as the cushion and the glue between both parties- creating a smooth and successful recruitment process.

Grethe holds a BA from the University of Nordland, Norway and a MA from Trinity Laban, London UK. As a Norwegian, Grethe is a committed skier, forever trying to catch up with her two speedy kids down the slopes.
