Bryan Zaslow is a proud father, husband, serial entrepreneur, investor, advisor, athlete, philanthropist, and Founder & CEO of the Janou Pakter family of brands. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his Business Degree in Finance and Marketing from the University at Albany School of Business.

Bryan founded the JBC group of companies in 2006, building a global footprint across fashion and retail search through JBCStyle, consumer search through JBCconnect, and executive search through Janou Pakter, which today serves millions across fashion, retail, and broader consumer executive search. In 2022, Bryan sold the JBC Group — then moved quickly to reacquire Janou Pakter and JBC’s contingent perm staffing business, now rebranded JPSearch.

Bryan is proud to lead the JP family in providing recruitment, human capital, and consultative services for the world’s most innovative consumer-centric organizations through JPSearch and Janou Pakter.

Prior to building these full-time endeavors, Bryan utilized his legal education by serving as Chief Compliance Officer and a member of the Legal Department for a Global Hedge Fund Administrator. He was also a founding partner in several consumer startups, and continues to invest, advise, and operate a number of them today — with several successful exits along the way.

Outside of the office, one of Bryan’s passion projects is the Ira Zaslow Foundation, a non-profit he created in honor of his father, who was a victim of the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11th, 2001. Bryan is also an active investor and advisor to dozens of companies, with a focus on early-stage Consumer, PropTech, and Future of Work companies.
