Anthony Christodoulou is the president of Janou Pakter, responsible for practices and offices globally, Anthony’s key objective is to create strong and robust ROI’s for Janou Pakter’s clients and candidates. Since joining Janou Pakter, Anthony has been instrumental in growing the practice groups and Janou’s exposure globally, incorporating key search activities in all of Janou Pakter’s niche industries and practices.

Anthony brings significant experience working closely with Boards and CEOs to translate their key strategic priorities and unique corporate culture into robust leadership success profiles. He is a seasoned search and training professional, instrumental in coaching and counseling a select portfolio of global clients on strategic talent initiatives, and driving global alignment and operational improvements.

Before settling in the U.S. Anthony owned and operated a number of search firms, also a sales and personal development training company. Anthony is Jim Rohn and Tony Robbins certified in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) leading personal development training workshops globally.
