Alexandra Bloom has a foundation in headhunting and executive search, working on global C-level roles at Egon Zehnder, as well as working in-house on positions at all levels. Most recently, she spent several years as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Christian Dior Couture, supporting their exponential growth by attracting top talent and building high performing teams.
