She is passionate about connecting people to work which inspires them. With a specialty in advertising, digital/technology and integrated marketing, Leslie has a proven track record of placing talent across multiple disciplines, within highly renowned organizations, from start-ups to multinational companies.

Leslie has had the opportunity to evolve careers, while supporting business growth in an ever-changing landscape. In her role at Janou Pakter, she leads an expanding digital practice. Prior to Janou Pakter, Leslie worked within global marketing networks, including McCann NY, where she held the position of Vice President, Director of Recruitment for over a decade.

Leslie holds a BBA in Business Administration from the George Washington University.
