Sally is a passionate Talent Consultant who has spent the past five years strategically navigating every corner of the staffing industry. Her professional journey has included full-cycle recruitment, team management, and account and program management. She prides herself on her white-glove talent and client engagement, her unique and panoramic perspective of the staffing industry, and how both enrich the experiences of her candidates, clients, and fellow consultants. She values and celebrates diversity, inclusivity, equity, humor, and creativity in and out of the workplace.

Sally specializes in recruitment for the gaming, XR, and entertainment industries- across all departments. Since she is a lifelong gaming enthusiast, she has been happily immersed in absorbing the tech, nuances, and rapid progression of the gaming industry from a staffing perspective, while also monitoring it as a consumer.

Outside of the office, you can find her reading a high fantasy novel, hopping planes and trains to broaden her horizons, spoiling her two dogs, and of course, playing video and tabletop games! Sally was born and raised in Missouri, but you can find her traversing the Pacific Northwest whenever she is able.
